Spending xmas at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful white beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a TV and hair dryer.

The towels provided were of poor quality and stained. , the food could have been better as there were limited options and not very tasty.

Conveniently, Smoke resto is just a short stroll away from this place where we stayed. Plus, having a comfy double bed was a nice extra touch that we really enjoyed. We were happy with our decision to stay here ☺️.

The location of this resort is a major advantage as it is conveniently situated near the bustling Talipapa shopping area, making it easy to find cheap items. the resort is just a short distance away from the beach, allowing for convenient beach access. the resort is located close to everything, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

The management of the resort seems to be lacking in accommodating guests' needs and handling situations properly.

The breakfast buffet was good and the location was central, right in the middle of all the action. the rooms were comfortable and had daily housekeeping. Plus, there were some nice amenities like a pool and towels for the beach.

The service was not great and the staff were unhelpful. We also had issues with the room such as bugs and missing towels.
